Each station was setup for designated bib numbers (about 1000-2500 bibs per station). In order to collect your bib, you showed your confirmation (either printed or on your phone) along with a form of identification. You were also able to pick up bibs for family and friends via the same process. The process moved very quickly and the volunteers were great!
While a lot of shirt designs and sizes as well as shoe sizes were flying out of the expo, there is still some merchandise available through the Mizuno website.
There were definitely a lot of great goodies to be picked up at the expo. A lot of vendors had samples, giveaways, and drawings for prizes. I didn't do much shopping as I have a good bit of traveling coming up in the next few months, but I did pickup a few Atlanta Track Club shirts at "the final lap" shop which has old race shirts and overstock Atlanta Track Club shirts for $5. There were a few shirts that I have ruined or used for t-shirt quilts, so I replaced them and I scored a few long sleeved Atlanta Track Club shirts for fall.
Thank you to all of the wonderful vendors who attended the 2019 Peachtree Road Race expo and of course Atlanta Track Club for hosting such a wonderful event. The expo was definitely a great way to start the race weekend and get even more pumped for the race (if that is even possible).
...now it is time to head to get some dinner and rest up at the hotel before tomorrow's big day!
